اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ تَبَارَكْتَ ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ

Allahumma Antas-Salamu wa minkas-salam. Tabarakta dhal-jalali wal-ikram.

Meaning

O Allah, You are Peace and from You is peace. Blessed are You, Possessor of majesty and honour.
