بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Transcription

Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma‘asmihi shay’un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama’i wa Huwas-Sami‘ul-‘Alim.

Meaning

In the Name of Allah, with whose Name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm. He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
